Just a suggestion, why don't you start scanlating volume 4 while you wait for volume 3?? But don't release volume 4 before volume 3 though.

Just out of curiosity, does it have to be viet raws or can you use korean? there is a site that has all the raws but i am not sure if you can use them since or even which language they are in.

I thought it's Vol 3, but when I read it, it turned out vol 6. If you look at the page 1-2 of vol 3, it's numbered 6. I also asked the admin of VL to fix it but he said it's the publisher's fault...
